2. Description of Services

Propurti provides a property management platform that includes, but is not limited to, property listing management, tenant screening, maintenance tracking, rent collection, financial reporting, portfolio analytics, and AI-assisted workflows. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Propurti offers tiered subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our platform without authorization
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying code — are owned by Propurti or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload, create, or manage through our platform ("Your Data"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide and improve our Services.

8. AI Features

Propurti includes AI-powered features that assist with property management tasks such as listing descriptions, virtual tours, tenant screening insights, and operational summaries. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is clearly labeled and provided for informational and assistive purposes only
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated outputs before use
• AI features do not replace professional financial, legal, or real estate advice
• AI outputs may not always be accurate or complete; human oversight is required

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Plaid, Anvil). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propurti and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Propurti and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request export of Your Data within 30 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
