Plans and Pricing

Are there long-term contracts?
Contract options vary by plan and customer needs; enterprise engagements may include custom terms while self-serve tiers stay flexible.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
You can upgrade at any time. We'll help you migrate your data and workflows to the next tier without any downtime.
What is the main difference between the plans?
The main differences are the number of units managed, the depth of AI automation, and the level of multi-portfolio reporting and support.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
If you're an independent landlord with fewer than 20 units, Starter is perfect. For growing teams, Growth or Pro are usually the best fit. Institutional operators should contact us for Enterprise.
What plans do you offer?
We offer four main tiers: Starter (for small portfolios), Growth (for scaling teams), Pro (for serious operations), and Enterprise (for institutional scale). Each is priced based on unit count and required feature depth.
How does the pricing model work?
We use a transparent base fee + per-door monthly pricing model. This ensures you only pay for the scale you're actually managing.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. Propurti is designed for portfolio management. You can see all your properties, tenants, and maintenance requests in one dashboard or drill down into specific assets.

Tenants and Screening

How does tenant screening work?
Propurti provides built-in screening tools. Depending on your plan, this includes everything from credit and background checks to AI-assisted applicant comparisons.

Payments and Financials

How does rent collection work?
Propurti integrates with major payment providers like Stripe and uses Plaid for bank verification. Tenants can pay via ACH or credit card, and funds are tracked automatically against your ledger.

AI and Features

Is AI available on all plans?
Yes. Basic AI features are available on all plans. Advanced tools like Aurora (Virtual Tours) and Lexi (Listing Descriptions) have higher usage limits and more capabilities in our professional tiers.
Is AI included in all plans?
Yes. AI is available across every plan, but usage depth increases by tier and AI always remains assistive—humans retain final control over decisions.

Security and Data

Does Propurti replace my accounting or legal team?
No. Propurti is an operating system designed to handle the day-to-day workflows of property management. It provides the data and reports your accounting and legal teams need, but it does not replace professional advice.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your data is hosted on secure AWS infrastructure with regular backups and security audits.
